インスタグラムのビデオ電話を使って、選べる3つのオンラインレッスン！ ①家トレ　 ・インスタのDM@ogawatomoko_boulderingにて日程をご相談ください。 ・弱点を強化するクライミング用のエクササイズをします。 ・レッスンは90分です。2名まで同時に受講可能。 ・事前に通信環境、充電状況をお確かめください。 ・キャンセルによる返金はできません。発熱や怪我は日程変更で対応します。 ②ジムトレ ・インスタのDM@ogawatomoko_boulderingにて日程をご相談ください。 ・ジムで登っている様子をチェックしてフォーム改善のアドバイスをします。 ・レッスンは90分です。2名まで同時に受講できます。 ・事前に電波環境、充電状況、ジムでのビデオ通話の可否をお確かめください。 ・キャンセルによる返金はできません。発熱や怪我は日程変更で対応します。 ③レポート ・尾川のインスタグラムのDM（@ogawatomoko_bouldering）に10個以内の動画をお送りいただくか、ご自身のインスタグラムに動画をアップしてください。 ・それらの動画チェックし、アドバイスをDMに返信します。 ・キャンセルによる返金はできません。 To see English, click on the three line menu icon in the top left corner. The connection of Zoom or Google Meet is unstable. I have found that Instagram video chat provides the most stable connection.
